FR13 Cleaning & Labour Services ("FR13", "we", "us") provides cleaning and labour services in Ottawa, Ontario and surrounding areas. When you submit the "Book a Cleaning" form, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, the service you're requesting, and any details you add about the job. We don't collect any other personal information through this site — we don't use analytics, tracking pixels, or cookies.
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your quote request, discuss your job, and schedule and deliver the service you've asked about. We don't use it for marketing, and we don't sell, rent, or trade it to anyone.
Form submissions are sent as an email to our team using Resend, an email delivery service that processes the message on our behalf. Resend does not use your information for its own purposes. Beyond that, your information isn't shared with any other third party.
This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Loading a font makes a request to Google's servers, which may receive your IP address as part of that request. We don't control this data collection; see Google's privacy policy for details.
We keep quote request emails for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and, where a job proceeds, for our normal business and tax record-keeping. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you at any time, subject to any records we're required to keep by law.
